Savings Accounts

Regular Share Account (Savings)

Establishes membership/ownership in the credit union and is required for all members.

$10.00 minimum balance is required to open and maintain the account.

Dividends are credited and compounded quarterly.

Christmas/Vacation/Special Club Accounts

Set aside money for the holidays, taking that dream vacation, or for any purpose! Ideal for automatic deposit or payroll direct deposit.

No restrictions on deposits or withdrawals.

Minor Savings Account

For our members under the age of 18, Members Source CU offers two great savings accounts!

Kid Zone
	A fun way for children 12 years and younger to learn to save money.
	Pick a prize from our Kid Zone toy box by depositing $10 or more (maximum 2 prizes per month).
	Make a $10 deposit every month for 10 months and earn an extra reward! *
	Dividends are credited and compounded quarterly.

Teen Zone
	Our members age 13 to 17 can continue to earn incentives to save money.
	Pick a prize from our Teen Zone prize box by depositing $25 or more (maximum 2 prizes per month).
	Make a $25 deposit every month for 10 months and earn an extra reward! *

Money Market Account (Funds Manager)

Earn higher dividend rates with a $2,500.00 or $5,000.00 minimum balance.

No restrictions on deposits or withdrawals.

Dividends are credited and compounded quarterly.

Certificates of Deposit (CD)

Terms of 6 months up to 36 months.

$1,000.00 minimum investment.

Dividends are credited and compounded monthly.

Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA)
Traditional, Roth and Coverdell Education Savings Account (ESA)

IRA Share Account
	Deposits can be made anytime.
	Dividends are credited and compounded quarterly.

IRA Certificates of Deposit
	Terms of 6 months up to 36 months.
	$1,000.00 minimum investment.
	Dividends are credited and compounded monthly.

Draft Accounts

Draft Account (Checking)
	$100.00 to open - after that, no minimum balance. We’ll waive the $100.00 deposit if you sign up for direct deposit.
	No monthly fees and unlimited check writing.
	Avoid the embarrassment of returned checks with automatic overdraft from your Regular Share account. Only $5.00 per transfer, a significant savings over returned check fees.
	Your first 150 checks are free.
	Dividends are credited and compounded monthly.

Minor Draft Account (Checking)
	This limited service draft account is designed for our Teen Zone members, ages 16 and older. *
	Learn how to manage money with check writing privileges.
	Our Home Banking and SYBIL services can help you balance your money too!

	Use your debit card everywhere you see the VISA logo and your transactions will be automatically deducted from your Draft account.
	You can also use your debit card to get fast cash access through ATMs.

VISA Gift Cards
	A great alternative to using traveler’s checks for vacations, or instead of shopping for graduations, birthdays or holidays!
	Available in two different designs and can be loaded with values from $25.00 - $1,000.00.
	Accepted anywhere VISA debit cards are accepted.
	Online access to check your gift card balances.
